Our story
From a family practice to a trusted hospital
What began as a small family practice has grown into Meddy Hospital — an NHIS-accredited, multi-specialty hospital trusted by thousands of households across Yola and the wider North East.
Today we run 13 specialist services under one roof, from obstetrics and surgery to laboratory diagnostics and a round-the-clock emergency unit, backed by a 40-bed inpatient wing and a dedicated maternity and neonatal unit.
We believe our greatest strength is our people. Every clinician, nurse and support staff member is chosen for a genuine commitment to patient-centred, compassionate care.
